Cheesy Smoked Sausage Spaghetti with Green Veggies

A rich and creamy dairy free pasta with smoked sausage

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • a few asparagus sprigs chopped
  • handful of chopped broccoli
  • handful of edamame beans
  • 1/2 courgette sliced thinly
  • 2 sausages chopped (I used LikeMeat smoked sausages)
  • 1 cup dairy free cream I used oat cream
  • 1/2 tsp English mustard
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese stronger the better
  • pinch of sea/pink salt
  • season with black pepper


  • Cook your pasta while your making the sauce .In a large pan heat I tbsp of oil. Add all the vegetables & cook on a medium heat for a few minutes to soften.
    While the veg cooks, in a bowl add the cream, salt, pepper, yeast, cheese & mustard. Mix together then add to the pan. Mix together then add the sausage. Bring to a simmer & continue to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
    Drain the pasta then stir into the sauce. Why not serve with garlic bread & salad.
